Neil O’Connell, Osteopath
I completed my Master’s degree in Osteopathy in 2022 at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, UK. I find great fulfilment in the balance between developing highly individualised treatment approaches for a diverse patient base, while working within the shared and reliable framework of human anatomy.
This foundation allows me to support function across all stages of life — from infants to older adults — adapting my approach to suit each person’s unique presentation, history, and goals.
My clinical work incorporates a wide range of osteopathic techniques, including cranial osteopathy, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, manipulation, counterstrain, stretching, and soft tissue work. I have a particular interest in approaches that work within a three-dimensional framework, which I have found invaluable in supporting optimal function and long-term change.
I joined Southside Osteopaths in February 2023, where I practise independently and continue to develop my clinical interests through ongoing postgraduate education.
